He took to his social media and shared a hard-hitting post targeting Kapil Sharma and his show.

In his post, he labelled the show ‘cheap and vulgar’.

Besides that, he also took a swipe at Navjot Singh Sidhu and Archana Puran Singh.

He wrote:

“This question has gone viral why Bheeshma Pitamah wasn’t a part of the Mahabharat show.

Some say I wasn’t invited.

Some say I refused myself.

It is true that Mahabharata is incomplete without Bhishma.

It is true that there is no question of not inviting.

It is also true that I was the one to reject the invitation.

This is also the truth that people would ask me why would I reject a popular show like Kapil Sharma.

The biggest actors go there.

They might go but Mukesh Khanna will not go!

Gufi asked me the same question that those people are going to invite us after the Ramayana.

I said, all of you go, I will not go.

I was the one to refuse.”

“The reason is that even though the Kapil Show is popular all over the country, I don’t think there is a worse show than this.

Kapil Sharma eventually replied to Mukesh’s attack on his show and made a heart-winning statement.

Russian President Vladimir Putin met mercenary leader Yevgeny Prigozhin after the failed Wagner group mutiny last month, the Kremlin says.

Prigozhin, who heads the mercenary group, was among 35 Wagner commanders invited to the meeting in Moscow, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov added.

He said that President Putin had given an "assessment" of the Ukraine war effort and the mutiny.

The rebellion, launched on 23 June, lasted only 24 hours.

Under a deal to end the mutiny, which saw Wagner troops seize a city and march on Moscow, charges against Prigozhin were dropped and he was offered a move to Belarus.

There had been very public infighting between Wagner and Russia's ministry of defence over the conduct of the war.

Prigozhin had repeatedly accused the ministry of failing to supply his group with ammunition.

But on Monday, Mr Peskov said the Wagner chief was among the commanders who were invited to the Kremlin five days after the mutiny collapsed.

"The president gave an assessment of the company's actions on the front," Mr Peskov is quoted as saying by Interfax news agency.

"He also gave assessment to the 24 June events.

Putin listened to the commanders' explanations and suggested variants of their future employment and their future use in combat."

According to the spokesman, Prigozhin told Mr Putin that Wagner unconditionally supported him.

The Wagner chief's current whereabouts are unclear.

Last Thursday Belarus leader Alexander Lukashenko - who brokered the deal that ended the mutiny - said Prigozhin was in Russia.

The BBC tracked Prigozhin's private jet flying to Belarus in late June, and returning to Russia the same evening.

The Wagner Group is a private army that has been fighting alongside the regular Russian army in Ukraine since last year's invasion.

But following setbacks for Russia on the battlefield, Prigozhin took to social media to lash out at the high command.

He has been particularly scathing about Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu and Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov - the two most senior figures running Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

Prigozhin did not directly condemn Mr Putin during the mutiny, but analysts described it as the biggest challenge to the president's authority in more than two decades in power.

Meanwhile Gen Gerasimov has been seen in public for the first time since the mutiny.

There had been speculation that Wagner's march was cancelled in return for the general's sacking.

However, footage aired on Russian TV on Monday shows him issuing orders for Ukrainian missile sites to be attacked.

He is heard discussing recent events, suggesting that the video was filmed after the mutiny.

The video suggests that President Vladimir Putin has kept both Mr Shoigu and Gen Gerasimov in their posts.

Carlos Alcaraz passed a tough test on Monday when he defeated 2021 finalist Matteo Berrettini 3-6, 6-3, 6-3, 6-3 to reach the Wimbledon quarter-finals for the first time.

Alcaraz withstood an early barrage of power from Berrettini, who has long excelled on grass.

But once the Spaniard found his return rhythm on Centre Court, he never relinquished it en route to a three-hour, four-minute victory.

“I knew that it was going to be really tough,” Alcaraz said in his on-court interview.

“Matteo is a great player.

He made the final here on grass, so I know he is playing great.

The top seed seized control by the time the players reached 2-2 in the fourth set, when tournament officials decided to close the roof due to impending darkness.

But the near 15 minutes between points — and the change in conditions — did not give Berrettini, who was unsure if he would play the tournament due to injury, enough time to flip the momentum.

Alcaraz will next play sixth seed Holger Rune in a battle of the next generation.

The Danish star clawed past 2017 Nitto ATP Finals champion Grigor Dimitrov in four sets.

“The young guys reaching their dreams,” Alcaraz said.

“Coming here and playing a quarter-final together is something great for tennis.

Of course with Holger, we said at lots of tournaments when we were 12 years old, we grew up together, passing all the categories, playing great tournaments, so playing a quarter-final at a Grand Slam against him is something great and that I am going to enjoy.”

Entering the match, Berrettini had not lost serve during the fortnight.

When he hammered his way to the opening set, it seemed the top seed could be in danger.

The start of the clash was reminiscent of Novak Djokovic’s win against Hubert Hurkacz in that Hurkacz took the racquet out of Djokovic’s hand.

But when Berrettini missed a forehand into the net off his back foot to trail 1-3 in the second set, the tenor of the match changed.

Alcaraz grew in confidence and ultimately broke his opponent’s serve four times from 16 attempts.

The 20-year-old began the grass-court season having only played six tour-level matches on the surface.

But the Queen's Club champion has now won all nine matches he has played on grass this year and is three victories from the Wimbledon title.

“I am hungry for more,” Alcaraz said.

“But this is something I really wanted.

Last year I lost in the fourth round and I really wanted to play in the quarter-finals here.

I came here this year with that goal.

First it was to get into the quarter-finals and now I am looking for more.

My dream is to play a final here and win this title one day.

I hope to realise that dream this year, but right now it is great to be in the quarter-finals.”

Berrettini, who is now 36-8 in tour-level matches on grass in his career, was never able to wrestle back control.

Alcaraz hit 35 winners to just 23 unforced errors and held Berrettini to just 67 per cent of first-serve points won.
